Kay teaches people how to improve their image to enhance their professional and personal success. With 20 years of business experience, Kay is recognized as a corporate consultant, motivational speaker, educator, and transformation artist. Kay works with leading corporations, training individuals and teams how to polish their professional appearance, and refine workplace etiquette, and business dining etiquette. Since 2002, Kay has used her energetic and caring style to empower thousands of people to reach new levels of professional and personal excellence.

Kay’s one-on-one customized approach provides clear guidance and practical tricks throughout the process. Kay challenges people to step out of their comfort zone so they can accelerate change and improve in the areas of appearance, self-esteem, attitude, and etiquette. She successfully works with business executives, politicians, entrepreneurs, doctors, lawyers and real estate professionals.

Prior to launching her company, Kay worked as a Senior Human Resources Executive for 15 years in the real estate and retail industries for Oakwood Worldwide and Federated Department Stores. She understands the challenges of dressing for business and how it directly impacts a person’s personal success, and ultimately, the bottom line of a company. Kay is a member of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) and has been professionally trained by Professional Image

Kay has been featured on television highlighting her work as a success coach for Working Wardrobes Charity. She has been a guest on Critical Mass radio program and has been featured in local and national publications including Orange Coast Magazine, HR Executive Magazine, California Real Estate Magazine and OC Metro.

Kay is actively involved in the Orange County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program for foster children. Through this program she has been directly involved in helping to improve the lives of four foster children.
