Carol Ann Caesar, Ph.D.

With over 1,000 high functioning adult clients since beginning her practice, Carol Ann is experienced in all facets of inter-personal relations and results. Certified in myriad assessment instruments, she is a gifted resource for clients wanting improved clarity and results in their personal, professional, and interpersonal goals. She oversees our couples retreats, our train-the-trainer programs in assessment usage, is our senior personal relationships and communications coach with an emphasis on Emotional Intelligence skills. She also mentors executive’‘s spouses who have special issues Carol Ann understands especially well.

Carol Ann obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of Flordia, a master’s degree in Educational Guidance and Counseling from Florida Atlantic University, and her Ph.D. from the California School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Caesar teaches in the coaching certification program at CSULB and is a speaker on Emotional Intelligence.
