Tony McKeon works one-on-one with clients and as an active principal is fully accountable for the firm’s effectiveness. Tony received his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston. After relocating to Southern California, he spent three years in municipal management and pursued a Master’s degree in Public Administration at California State University, Long Beach.

Employed by Ralph M. Parsons of Pasadena from 1980 to 1985, he served as an official representative of the Saudi Arabian Royal Commission overseeing the design, development, and management of facilities, programs, and services for a city being built from scratch on the coast of the Red Sea.

In 1986, he joined a well-established national outplacement firm and a new career was launched. He served as EVP with three regional outplacement firms. A growing number of referred clients led to the creation of Matthew Ryan & Associates. The premise on which the firm was established beckons attention today – quality of service will drive our success and our success will be measured by the success of our clients. A commitment to partnering with clients remains the firm’s most distinguishing feature.

Tony has served on the board of directors of several businesses and professional organizations including the Orange County chapters of the International Association of Career Management Professionals and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
