As a coach, mentor, trainer and consultant, Rick focuses on leadership, management skill development and strategic planning for owners and senior executives to achieve their growth and succession strategies. His clients include consumer products, distribution, manufacturing and personal service companies. His 40 years of CEO, operating and consulting experience includes billion dollar multi-national public corporations, privately held entrepreneurial companies, and multi generational family businesses.

Rick has created a unique planning process that integrates the business and personal goals of company owners, CEOs and families. His senior executive coaching assignments have focused on: leadership and management skill development through behavior and communication change; team building through facilitating group planning sessions; and succession and governance planning.

Rick has been the President and CEO for large, multi-division, public companies, middle market entrepreneurial companies and small technology start-ups. Before moving to Los Angeles, he was a Group VP for Avon Products and an account supervisor for a leading advertising agency. He has been a board member for seventeen public and private companies.

Rick has been a speaker at the UCLA Graduate School of Business Entrepreneurial Studies Program, Pepperdine University, and The Executive Committee (TEC). He is also a Family Facilitator at Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program, Families in Business: From Generation to Generation. He received his BA in Economics from Lafayette College. Married 41 years to Tracy, they have a grown daughter and son with successful careers in New York City.
