Kristin is a Leadership Coach and Mentor helping first time managers launch their leadership career. She assists clients in achieving their professional goals through results coaching.

Her experience includes over 15 years of leading, managing and coaching in mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies. Kristin helped develop and implement a successful mentoring program which is serving managers in a global Fortune 500 organization. She has also participated in several mentoring and leadership development programs.

Kristin holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and is completing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership. Her area of research is related to leadership attributes of successful executives.
