Ken Masco is the owner of Business System Management, an Orange County company that works with CEO’s and senior management teams of closely held middle market companies. He is an Executive Coach, Mentor, Facilitator and a leading authority on strengthening Organizational Effectiveness. Ken’s direct no-nonsense approach to working with senior executives provides the necessary clarity & understanding to grow their companies faster and more profitably.
For the past twelve years, he has helped business leaders and their teams in the manufacturing, healthcare, financial services and high technology industries optimize the performance of their companies. Ken engages client teams and leaders in an energetic, participative environment of positive change. Ken brings over 25 years of hands-on management experience from a wide range of senior level executive positions at Memorex, Microdata, McDonnell Douglas, MSI Data and Symbol Technologies. He received his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the Presidents and Key Executives Program at Pepperdine University. Ken regularly lectures at universities and executive forums throughout Southern California on Leadership, Team Effectiveness and Truth Telling.
Ken is a founding board member and past President of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA). He is designated as a Master Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation and is one of the first of 260 people in the world accredited to facilitate and coach the Goldman, Hay Emotional Competence Inventory (ECI).
