As the Director of the McDermott & Bull Executive Network, Denae helps Senior Executives expand their network and find their next opportunity faster through networking. Members of her group include past CEOs, Presidents, CFOs and Vice Presidents of some of southern California’s leading companies. Since the group’s creation in March 2002, Denae has grown the group to include 500 transitioning members and over 250 working alumni. Through the Executive Network, Denae is able to provide Senior Executives with an extension of their current network and the ability to receive job leads from group members, obtain strategic job search assistance from Denae and provide assistance to other members.

Prior to this role, as Senior Research Associate at McDermott & Bull and previously at DHR International, Denae served the firms’ clients by identifying and qualifying key executive talent for their teams.

Denae is Co-Chair for the Career Services Programs for the Orange County Chapter of Financial Executives International and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
