Dan brings 30 years of developing leaders and his own success as a Chief Operating Officer and Human Resource Executive.

Dan’s experience makes him uniquely qualified to Coach the aspiring and motivated Executive. In his career, Dan has held positions as Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer with responsibilities for Finance, Marketing, Research, Sales and Information Technology. He has held lead roles in 17 mergers and acquisitions and 2 Public Offerings. His rich background includes 23 years in fast paced High Technology environments and also includes manufacturing and retailing. He has created, developed and coached high achieving teams and was recognized as a Certified Compensation Professional by the American Compensation Association. Dan became an expert in Wage and Hour Regulations and spoke often to Human Resource and Management associations.

Coaching leaders has been a career-long pursuit of Dan’s. He has coached leaders and their teams to increased performance, career satisfaction and higher levels of organizational endorsement. Dan’s approach to Coaching is grounded in his belief that within each of us is the ability to create and direct our own success and happiness. Dan’s Coaching is designed to develop the levels of self-awareness along with the strengths and beliefs that enable us to challenge ourselves to sustain higher levels of career and personal achievement. ‘Life offers us a continuum of increasingly interesting and challenging opportunities,’ says Dan. ‘By challenging ourselves to use our gifts and create an internal sense of accountability, we can achieve beyond our dreams.’

Dan holds a B.S. degree from the University of Massachusetts and has earned his Certified Coach award from California State University Long Beach. He and his wife Jennifer live in Laguna Niguel where they enjoy community and church activities.
