Carl helps executives explore career options, accelerate career transitions, and overcome career derailers. His clients benefit from his experience of making a career change as an executive, owning an executive search firm, and intimate knowledge of the career change process.

As President of ExecGlobalNet, he facilitates matching executives with employers and recruiters while protecting each person’s identity. He also coaches and mentors executives one-on-one and holds seminars and workshops for executives.

He is a CPA and former Partner in a “Big 8” accounting firm. He made a career change and relocated to the UK, where he launched a retained search firm. Soon thereafter, he and a colleague started a career consultancy specializing in executives in transition.

Carl is the author of two books, “Kick-Start Your Job Search” for executives in transition and “Recruiting and Interviewing Executives”, a handbook for employers. He is a member of The Association of Career Professionals International and the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association and holds a Job and Career Transition Coach certificate and a Professional Coaching and Mentoring certificate.
