A Code of Conduct and a culture that align us. There is high believability or credibility that my personal behaviors have earned. Those I’m perceive to be influenced by including co-workers, teachers, friends and role models all add to my stakeholder scores.

*Note: Stakeholder scores of 10, 9 or 8 are usually characterized with a flowing relationship involving little written or verbal communication as things simply “flow” between the parties. Scores of 7, 6, 5 and 4 usually are characterized as “good” relationships that involve a balance of verbal and written communication to assure alignment. Scores of 3, 2 or 1 usually are characterized with defensiveness, judging and substantial C.Y.A.-type communications.
