JUSTIN SMITH

Justin Smith is the co-founder and CEO of American Heritage Lending, a direct to consumer national lender based in Irvine, CA. With over a billion loans completed and 12 years of experience, Justin has lead American Heritage through an unprecedented mortgage and economic environment. Integrity, honesty, and hard work have been the values that Justin leads and lives by. It is the level of care and transparency that is provided by Justin and his staff to their clients that allows American Heritage Lending to thrive.

Justin is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and is a licensed lender with the Federal Housing Administration, California Department of Corporations, California Department of Real Estate, Arizona Department of Finance, Oregon Department of Finance, Washington Department of Finance, Maryland Department of Finance, and Florida Department of Finance.

Justin grew up in the mountains neighboring Yosemite National Park but has resided in Orange County since 1998. If not with his incredible loving wife Cara, just loves to play sports, be outside in the mountains or in the ocean, and around family.
