She also has a Professional Designation in Total Quality Management from UCLA, a Secondary Teaching Credential from Chapman College, and a Bachelors Degree in English from UCLA.
Prior to focusing her practice on coaching, Donna was a Training & Process Improvement Consultant for 15 years. Donna helped her consulting clients improve their customer service through staff development, customer satisfaction survey analysis, process improvement initiatives, reward systems, performance management, and focused coaching.
